Friendly staff
I did not understand hotel policy with regard to keeping personal ID document, passport, until the check out. As documents are not stored in the secure place it could very well disappear, as reception did not have staff during my check in or check out.

I loved the location as well as the general good condition of the room. My balconey gave me fabulous views in three different directions. The room was very clean and it had a shower and bathtub which was a plus for me. The breakfast buffet was much bigger and offered much more choice than I expected. A great deal for the money!

If offered the chance take advantage of their half board rates. The meal available for dinner invites full use of the extensive menu. The meal is served by excellent staff who are multi-lingual. Tourist information provided is first rate.
Location. Hotel is disadvantaged compared with its "Villa" guests. Access to sea front is across a busy main road. No lift.

the newly renovated building had a modern design and my room was equipped with a small fridge and a water-boiler, which was a great convenience. the location was perfect, with the beach just across the road. the highlight of my stay was the marvelous breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and I particularly want to mention Mr Vicko, who was the most friendly Croatian I met during my vacation. The village was cozy and the nearby beach was family-friendly with sports areas and facilities. Cons: Nothing to fault. 😉.

The whole experience was great. It was a home from home. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were also good fun. From the first night we arrived there was a good feeling. The hotel is very clean and our room aswell. The food is amazing and half board is very good value. The location is ideal for the national park but otherwise Starigrad is small but we liked that. The access to the hotel garden by the beach was fantastic. We hired a car which was the only way to see the surrounding areas.I Would completely recommend this hotel.

The location, just across the road from the beach, was perfect. The breakfast spread was marvelous with a variety of choices including fresh fruit, yogurt, and delicious cakes.
